January - March

Features

Facility to request replenishment of stock ahead of events or to maintain stock values.  This feature will facilitate unplanned increased stock demand.  The key features allow; 

  • A unit to raise a request to the Hub only – links between Hubs and units where established for this solution 
  • The Hub to facilitate the replenishment or place a back-order request to the Central distribution service 
  • Central to facilitate the replenishment or place a back-order to the Supplier 
  • Notification and alerts throughout the entire process 
  • Signatures on receipt 
  • Provision for On Acceptance checks 

Parts Stock Management system that allows us to Goods In, Set Min/Max, Issue Out and Stock Adjust Parts. Allowing for full tracking of all parts.

  • Parts brought into the system as a standard asset or batch product.
  • Complete repair – log quantity of batch parts used.
  • Complete repair – log specific asset parts used.

If the risk present option is set against a service user record, ensure the user Pro-Cloud side is notified as such in the Client CRM and when Manifesting an order.

  • New flag within the client management.
  • Service user notes input field exposed on the main CRM page.
  • Indicator to display on both CRM and manifesting.

A requirement to allow for products to still be enabled but to prevent users from bringing any more stock into the system for a specific product template.

  • New flag against product template – Can goods in.

New flag for a provider to state whether orders notes are mandatory or not when raising a bulk transfer for specific assets or batch items/sets.

April - June

Features

This feature will ensure the procurement and receipt of Controlled Drugs, through distribution and administration is wholly tracked within our Pro-cloud system.  The system currently is capable of tracking all forms of medicines and this project is to add the additional features as required by regulations (government links below) in the dispensation of unauthorised drugs.

Within our Drugs Administration module, we can record 

  • Who administered the drug with date, time and GPS coordinates (location) 
  • What drug – by scanning a QR code.  This identifies the batch it belongs to 
  • Adjust the quantity available  
  • Record the LAS CAD Number 
  • Vehicle Call Sign 
  • Reason for administering it 
  • Enforce a mandatory witness signature (support Paramedic attending) 

For the current retail module within Pro-Cloud, we will be bringing in the ability to record the payment type taken at the point of sale. This will allow for reporting on sales types for our providers utilising our retail module.

Allow the ability to create a template from existing status structures. This will help to assist in creating for example a new vehicle structure or warehouse standard structure as required.

  • Save location structures as a template
  • Allow creating new locations using existing templates
  • Copy across any SKU setup (e.g expected quantity in location)

Require the ability to record the delivery note number when receiving a purchase order on the Pro-Cloud application.

July - September

Features

New feature required to allow users to print an asset label directly from the interface. This will help to assist with reprinting multiple labels if a provider is in the process of re-labelling a particular location or appliance.

Partnership project for emergency services, including fixed reading and telematics API.  

The make ready app:  

  • Alarms if vehicle domiciled equipment has been left at the scene. 
  • Allows reporting of faults. 
  • Reports live stock levels. 

To display the serial number recorded against an asset number when viewing the activity on the application.

  • Allows specific suppliers to use their own reference number to assist in completing tasks.

Introduce the feature for custom cost work codes to be set up and used within Pro-Cloud. When ordering the work code through technician activities, this will allow the user to enter a custom cost for that line.

Bring the product web links used within the TCES system, which are set against the product template, to show in the Pro-Cloud catalogue when viewing.

When viewing the work code management, bring in a filter to show enabled/disabled.

  • This will help users to find the enabled work codes, as disabled ones will more than likely be outdated processes no longer used.

To allow a provider to manage their own move reasons within a new setup page within Pro-Cloud.

Allow for multiple user sub-locations to be set and customised within the asset location tree.

  • Assist in narrowing down agent stock by specific role types, for example, a watch or department.
  • Allow selecting of the user sub-location when setting up a new user.

Provide the ability to view alerts of purchase orders past the due date.

If using batch sets within Pro-Cloud, to provide an export function directly from within the manage batch set area.

Update the current task qualification process to allow, when applying a qualification to a user, the ability to upload files to support the evidence of competency.

Update the task page frequency filter to allow for a custom date filter. This will allow for the following:

  • Accurate and efficient filtering of test information.
  • Allow for filtering of bespoke frequencies.

Update the task description filter to allow to also search on the task name. This will provide additional assistance with providers who would work primarily with the task name rather than the description in narrowing down and booking tasks.

Allow for the number of days before a task is generated before the target date, to be configured when setting up an individual task within the Pro-Cloud system.

Update to the activity summary PDF:

  • If using questionnaires display the questionnaire on a second page on the PDF print.
  • If using activity outcomes, display the outcome on the PDF print.

Allow a contract to choose the property types and sub-property types that can be selected within their contract. This will prevent irrelevant options showing, for example, if a contract does not want the ability for users to state ‘unknown’ as the property type due to reporting.

It is essential for the task and tests functionality to be as user friendly as possible especially when it comes to our Bluelight customers. Providers test equipment on receipt/acceptance, after use and periodically in line with industry-standard. The requirement for these acceptance test criteria to be completed in one go on the scanner will improve the process in which these tests are captured.

  • Select the bulk task type.
  • Scan assets to be checked.
  • One activity completion applied to all scanned assets.

Increasing the character limit for the labour description when adding for a repair on the application. This will allow for complex issues to be captured that may need further action.

Adapt the section which shows ‘linked to’ within the tasks & tests page within Pro-Cloud to show a hover over to display the address if linked to a service user.

When viewing an asset that is with a client, to allow to link and direct to the CRM page from the asset view which shows the client the asset is currently with.

October - December

Features

A new module is required within the Pro-Cloud application to allow an easy packing process.
Additional changes to the quick manifesting functionality within Pro-Cloud:
  • When viewing the activities to show the product/order icons per activity.
  •  If there are linked activities to show this in the view as well and allow users to quick manifest all, but allow to untick some linked ones if required.
