Functionality to allow draft referrals to be edited/deleted by any user.

This should be regardless of who raised the draft referral.
Allow the ability to add terms and conditions file types for prescribers/authorisers to read and confirm they have read and agree to the details.

Allow a contract to manage whether the date of death, when marking a client as deceased, is mandatory or not.

April - June
Features
To bring in the relevant and primarily used quick reports into the reporting section of TCES Community. Ensure access is only allowed if set.
When emergency orders are raised on non-working days, allow messages to be configured to alert prescribers that the order date is a non-working day.
Allow clinicians to filter the referrals in the area by the appointment type which has been booked against the referral, allowing users to see how many referrals are currently awaiting certain types of appointment.
When authorisers send an SMS to authorise activities, allow the contract to configure it so that the authoriser can receive a confirmation message back to detail that the activity has been approved.

If an order contains a new special item the contract should also be able to configure it so the authoriser can be notified of this.

Allow setup for this process within TCES configurator.
When a referral is viewed by a clinician, log this in the service user audit and the clients’ main details page in TCES Community.
- This will better allow users to see when and who has been accessing the clients’ referrals.
When an appointment has been set as did not attend to ensure this will appear in the referrals audit. Additionally, provide a section to show these referral appointments within orders & assessments.
To show paused referrals within the caseload, then when viewed the status should show whether the referral is paused or not.
In referral outcomes/appointments provide a new option for adaptation and falls referrals, to allow clinicians to un-allocate a referral so that it will show back in the awaiting allocation section of orders and assessments.
July - September

Allow for the loan review period to be set by line.

New functionality to provide contract administrators with the ability to allow authorisers to manage certain aspects against an order that requires authorisation. These abilities will be managed within the group set up and will allow for the following if enabled:
- Can add items to the order.
- Can exchange items on the order that did not require initial authorisation.
- Can cancel items on the order that did not require initial authorisation.
October - December
Features
To allow the contract to select which titles (for example, Miss, Mr, Mrs, Ms etc.) are available to the user when creating or editing a client record.
