Allow for the contract administrators to manage which fields are available for creation and edit of a service user record, and to also state which of these fields they wish to be mandatory on:
- The creation of a service user record.
- When editing a service user record.
- When placing an order for the service user.
Provide the ability to capture the following fields against a service user record (if required by the contract):
- Height.
- Weight.
- On marking the service user as deceased – who the user was notified by.
New process to allow private files to only be accessed by the following users:
- The prescriber who raised the order.
- Any authorisers selected for the order.
- The contract administrators.
- Any other user the contract administrator states is allowed to access the specific activity.
Additional enhancements to how special equipment is handled and shown:
- To allow the declaration that displays when raising a new special order or accessing the new special catalogue to be contract specific.
- Allow users to add multiple quote documents when raising a special order.
April - June

Additional enhancements to the existing loan review process:
- Allow contract administrators to manage the options shown.
- Add the ability to allow product-specific loan review options.
- Restrict the ability to extend the loan review by user group.
- Bring in a loan review text box for the user to input additional information when extending.
- Allow users to add loan review to an item that might not have had it set initially on order.
Create a header level form that checks the content of the basket and provides 1 form based on the requirements of the basket and set up:
- The forms should always list as a private file type and only stay on TCES.
- The forms should only trigger for delivery basket types like the current product files.
- The forms should always be mandatory like a “file attach to order” product file type.

Allow for contract administrators, when creating a newsletter, to upload and create a link for documentation alongside the newsletter.
When using TCES Community on a mobile device allow the user, when issuing an item from a peripheral store, to scan the barcode using the camera on the device.
If an authoriser has been selected to authorise a specific order, we will introduce the ability for that authoriser to update their name to another authoriser.
- Ensure an SMS is sent to the newly selected authoriser.
- Ensure an email is sent to the newly selected authoriser.
If using product tags, to expose these and display them against the item within products/equipment on site on TCES Community so this visibility is not lost within TCES once an item is delivered on site.
To introduce predictive search within the catalogue to have search results displayed on TCES Community as products are searched for.
