It’s #NationalCodingWeek and for us an opportunity to celebrate all things code, data and technology.
Trevor Thomas, our Development Director has shared his story of how he got into coding.
“I’ve always enjoyed taking things apart and learning how they work from a young age to my parents despair. I started programming when I saw a friend using Quick Basic at school, and as I like solving problems and puzzles, I started to play around with it to see what I could get it to do. Being a developer is great as there are always new things to learn, and challenges/problems to sort. No week is often the same. You get to work as part of a team or solo depending on the project and take people’s ideas and bring them into reality. It’s especially nice when you hear that your work is making things easier and providing a positive impact on our customers.”

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our software development team for their diligent work in making CSS Europe what it is today.
