We recently had the privilege of attending the Emergency Services Show at the NEC, where we proudly showcased Pro-Cloud Public Safety – our comprehensive asset and consumable management system designed for the public sector.
The two-day event provided an invaluable opportunity for our entire team to engage with a diverse range of groups and individuals across the public safety sector, ranging from fire and rescue, police, crime scene investigation, healthcare providers, to ambulance services. Both days were busy and filled to the brim with visitors and exhibitors, so we thought we’d share an overview of our experience and offerings.
Our Stand
Central to our exhibition was our Smart Vehicle, equipped with cutting-edge RFID technology provided by our partner, Zebra Technologies. This RFID solution enables swift and efficient inventory checks, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
However, our capabilities extend beyond RFID. Our team of software experts conducted live demonstrations of Pro-Cloud and Pro-Cloud Public Safety. Visitors had the opportunity to see our asset management systems in action, exploring an array of modules, from asset and inventory management to industry-specific processes like make-ready.

The Team
Our presence at the event was a collective effort, with team members spanning various departments, including Business Development and Project Delivery attending the show as both visitors and exhibitors.
Going around the show and speaking with individuals across the emergency services sector was a unique opportunity to learn how the entire sector is transforming and evolving to match escalating strain and demands. This insight is extremely valuable to us as we aim to help the emergency services and public safety sector digitally transform their processes to ensure sustainable and reliable efficiency across their operations.
When we weren’t exploring the show, we were hard at work on our stand making sure our visitors left with a sound knowledge of Pro-Cloud Public Safety and its features, while also booking demos and catching up with our clients.
